Better safe than sorry, am I right? Make sure your computers are protected with the best anti-virus software. Be aware and careful of scams. (We were hit this summer with a seemingly-real email that wiped our artwork collection. Not cool.)

Outstanding customer service
Good customer service skills are necessary, but you can do much more than the minimum. Be approachable and show your appreciation. Thank your customers. You can also send out discounts to loyal customers, give freebes or create a rewards system. Moral of the story? Make sure your customers leave with a positive impression and a great experience. 

Employee engagement
Having supportive staff is key. Look for people who genuinely care about your company and will work hard for it.
